The left upper lobe bronchus
Pulmonary artery

The pulmonary artery literally wraps around the upper lobe bronchus. During its course the pulmonary artery provides several branches.

As it passes over the bronchus, it gives off a large branch for the upper division bronchus, and then two or three branches for the lingula.

The veins appear in direct contact with the upper lobe and main stem bronchi.
